great locations in the Midtown/ Downtown area of
Manhattan: Chelsea Center West within 15 minutes
walking distance of all the midtown sights (Empire
State Building, Times Square etc.) and the Chelsea
Center East close to all the downtown sights (Statue
of Liberty, Financial district, Greenwich Village,
SoHo, Little Italy etc.), located in the trendy
