Our hostel is located in the downtown prime shopping district area of hong kong island - causeway bay - where you can find many departmental stores like mitsukoshi, sogo, seibu, fashion island etc, plus many local specialty and designer shops and arcades. while other hostels claim to be in causeway bay, wang fat hostel actually is, see for yourself.

For dining we can suggest a specific eatery from the more than 200 in the area based on your preferences, tolerance and budget. we can help you find shops that are just right for your taste.

Many 24 hour shops, bars, supermarkets (across the street), restaurants, internet cafes are nearby.

For transportation - just a few minutes' walk - you can catch a bus (to airport & elsewhere) or take the subway (known as mtr) by which you can go to most of the interesting places and sights in hong kong.

Location Information: We are conveniently located right next to the Caoyang Road metro station, which provides excellent access to navigate the city very easily. The subway is open from 5:35am until 22:43pm, so if late at night you will have to take a taxi (around 3 euros). Near the hostel, there is a 24-hour supermarket,bar, coffee lounge, ATM, IC/IP phones. There is also a local KFC, McDonalds, Carrefour, banks and a post office.

What to see and do: We are sure that you will find that our rooms' size and standard is more than ample for the price. Enter via the large, clean lobby and playing inviting music, and note that our bar / dining rooms are well presented. Although we are not located in a tourist area, the metro is very close and cheap, thus you can avoid the tourist traps and crowds.

QingFeng Xisi is a small 10 room Hutong Guest house located at No.58 Xisi bei wu tiao Hutong（No.58 Xisi North 5th Alley）XiCheng District in North West Beijing, not far from the Beijing North train station. This is a traditional hutong house with a courtyard. The house itself was built at the beginning of the Qing Dynasty and once was the residence of a Prime Minister in feudal times. It is about 700 years history.It also has a great courtyard outside of the rooms where one can sit and read and meet other guests. It is not far away from the famous Bai Ta Temple. The guest house is located in one of the nicest hutong areas of Beijing. Hutongs are traditional areas of the city where people still live very much as in a village. You can safely walk the small streets of the Hutong and see how people still live and work as they did hundreds of years ago. Visit the hutong markets and see the small shops offering a huge variety of things.
