minutes) and offers excellent accommodation close to London (30 minutes by
regular train). Chestnuts Luxury Guesthouse is is set in 5-acres of landscaped gardens in a quite
& pleasant suburb of London.
Most rooms in our guesthouse have views over the gardens. The large lounge area has
fantastic
views, and has several sitting areas with TV for guest use and an offset dinning area.

M25 followed by M23.
Junction 10 off M23 sign-posted East Grinstead A264
Pass through two roundabouts (Copthorne Hotel and Duke's Head)
Approximately 2 miles from the second roundabout there are, on the right hand
side, 3 garages next to one another (Rover, Nissan and Shell)
Take the first left turning after the Shell garage; this is the entrance to a
private estate (New Domewood). The first road to the right in the estate is Herons Close.
Chestnuts Luxury Guesthouse is the 3rd property to the right.
