Gastronomicom French Culinary School is located
in a beautiful resort in Cap d’Agde, a famous
Mediterranean seaside town in the well-known
region of Languedoc-Roussillon, between
Montpellier & Perpignan, close to Beziers
Airport, about 120 km from the Spanish border.
Cap d’Agde is set in a wonderful landscape, with
beautiful beaches, palm-trees, excellent
Mediterranean food and the most important
vineyard in Europe. The climate is extremely
pleasant and very sunny throughout the year. Our
students in the past have come from the USA,
Canada, France, UK, Holland, Belgium, Germany,
Norway, Spain, Mexico, Venezuela, Nepal, South
Africa, Kenya, Tunisia, Mauritius, Hong Kong,
Kyrgyzstan and many other countries.

The school organise 1 and 3 months programs of French Cooking, or French Wine or 3 months programs of Fine Dining Food and Beverage, all together with intensive French lessons +
(optional) a 4 month training course internship in a luxury Hotel-restaurant in France.

 Le Français Face à Face
Located in Anjou in the Loire Valley near
Angers in the West of France, Le Français
Face à Face provides one-to-one residential
courses in French
for highly motivated adults. Full immersion programs for fast and solid progress in French.
Whatever program you choose, as a student, you
enjoy life in a castle where you are accommodated
full board whilst you gain a better understanding
and speaking of French customs, with your own
private teacher supervising your linguistic skills
from breakfast to dinner. A relaxed and friendly
atmosphere with 2 active breaks a day. One
student/one teacher (upon request and
according to the level, we also consider a
small group of 2 people).

One-to-one French

Intensive course - 40h/week (from Sunday evening
to Saturday morning);
Semi intensive course – 15h/week + visits (from
Sunday evening to Saturday morning), All year round,
Arrival on Sunday at 18h00,
