| •The Financial Services Director is responsible for the supervision of all customer financial services activity within the dealership. •Ensure efficient workflow of all finance office processes. •Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to Finance and Insurance •Ensure timely funding of all contracts and control of contracts in transit •Resolution of all returned contracts •Manage chargebacks to acceptable level •Ensure adherence to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines •Conduct frequent deal audits to ensure compliance •Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers •Assist sales desk in structuring deals •Manage Finance and Insurance Department schedule and staffing •Assist in the recruiting and interviewing of new staff members •Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards | |
| Position Requirements | |
| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | •5+ years experience with a manufacturer, with at least 5+ years in Financial/Controller Leadership role Working knowledge of all finance and insurance products •Ability to train finance and sales personnel •Strong organizational skills •Valid Finance and Insurance licenses as required by state •Ability to operate personal computers including E-Mail, Word, and Excel •Three to five years of automotive finance and insurance experience |
