Our client who are a leading insurance company are looking for a Management Accountant to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of the management accounts for both clients and internally. Accountabilities: Ensure that the management accounts are delivered according to reporting deadlines Ensure that all necessary accounting adjustments are posted each period in order to produce accurate management accounts Maintain close control of balance sheet; ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are undertaken each period, with all reconciling items investigated and resolved promptly | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Skills/Experience Strong preference to those who are already locally based Part or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA) accountant. Significant experience in management accounting and reporting, preferably within an insurance company Excellent technical and accountancy skills Strong Excel skills with Sage a bonus Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with and develop good working relationships with clients Well organized with ability to deal with high volume of work and ability to work well to deadlines |
