 The company is seeking Finance and Accounting professionals and analysts to join the Accelerated Transformation Program Performance Management and Resource Planning project team. The incumbent will be part of a dynamic and multicultural project team and written and spoken English is a necessity as well as working in a team environment.The role will involve working towards achieving the projects’ strategic intent in designing and implementing a comprehensive and integrated planning & performance management framework and solution. The incumbent serves as a principle consultant and must be capable of supervising &managing multiple activities across different work streams with changing priorities within tight deadlines. Analysts will be called upon to interact with multiple disciplines at various levels across the organization, conduct meetings, write-ups, detail analysis, develop financial analysis, input into detailed design, document business cases, participate in all testing regiments, data set up, prepare and conduct presentations. Thus the incumbent must be able to formulate and optimize systems, processes and procedures in conformance to accepted accounting principles and best practices. Having used or implemented a performance measurement and management framework integrated with a driver based planning technique is essential. Also required is a full understanding and working experience in the realm of value driver definitions, formulation of driver trees with their linkages, transfer pricing, SLA’s between business organizations, target setting, benchmarking and variance analysis. The incumbent will also have detailed experience in the design of scorecards and corporate dashboards. Being part of a project team and working closely with the various business representatives, you will act as a change agent and thus some exposure to this aspect will also be essential. | |
| Position Requirements | |
| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred • Financial Designations such as CPA, CA, CMA, CFA is required • 15+ years of diversified professional working experience in accounting and financial management in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Energy Industries • Participation in projects that developed resource planning and performance management solutions for integrated Oil & Gas companies using frameworks dependent on KPIs, Balanced scorecards, value drivers, benchmarking etc. • SAP FI&CO experience as well as Performance management suites, such as Cognos, Hyperion or SAP BPC • Significant knowledge with activities in most of the following areas: o Performance Management systems o Planning & Performance management o Business Structure o Risk Management o Project and investment evaluation |
