| Responsibilities: Responsible for database maintenance and the enhancement of the quality coverage of the product. The primary function of the position is to update transaction databases through a daily monitoring of company press releases, stock exchange announcements, and news stories regarding mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Daily research in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, tracking and entering all relevant deals into the database. Daily selection of news relevant to company mergers and acquisitions. Calculation of relevant multiples for the companies involved in the deals and for the transaction. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Ctr,Pasig City. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
