| A fabulous opportunity has arisen in a well-respected Practice in Bahrain to join their Audit and Assurance team as a Senior Audit Manager. You will be in charge of a team of talented Auditors who audit across all industries and sectors in Bahrain. You will be responsible for all services rendered to clients in the functional areas of accounting, auditing, and management advisory services. Top things they are looking for in a candidate: experience, personality and business development skills. Aside from very strong technical skills and a mastery of the industry specialisation, candidates must be proven business developers, preferably bringing in at least double their base salary in new business on an annual basis. | |
| Position Requirements | |
| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree in accounting or related field (advanced degree preferred) • MBA and/or Graduate Degree in accounting or finance (preferred) • A professional accounting qualification is required (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) • Detailed understanding of IFRS. Skills: • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage relationships • Superior communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills • Proven leadership, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills • Commitment to providing excellent client service • Acts as a role model for the team and values others expertise. |
