 Office AccountantLocation: Romania - Bucharest The Office Accountant serves as the bookkeeper for the company’s subsidiary ledgers and assist in the office and secretary work relating to business operations. His/her main duty includes but is not limited to the following tasks: Main job description: 1. Review invoices, maintain inventory records and accounts receivable subsidiary ledger ,and file supporting documents; 2. Review payment documents; maintain accounts payable subsidiary ledger and file payment voucher documents; 3. Liaison with accounting firm for payroll accounting and tax matters. Maintain orderly invoices and other documentation for all financial transactions and submit to accounting firm for financial accounting. Periodically reconcile subsidiary ledgers with financial statements prepared by the accounting firm; 4. Keep close track of inter-company transactions among all the project companies established in Romania, collect and prepare documents needed with the accounting firm’s guidance; 5. Effectively communicate and coordinate with the Company’s Shanghai Office for all financial related matters; Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed by the Project Accounting Officer; cooperate in the internal audit process; 6. Record and count expense reimbursement by employee; 7. All other tasks assigned by the manager. | |
| Position Requirements | |
| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | College degree majored in accounting, finance or business administration; At least 2 years of work experience in financial accounting in Romania, some experience in VAT tax, payroll tax and corporation income tax preferred; Fluent English writing and speaking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
