|Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:||The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:|
-Graduate or Global Equivalent degree
-1 to 3 years of work experience in Customer Service Industry
-Experience in handling a team of people and process
-Communications Skill (Verbal & Non - verbal)
-Should be flexible and able to do multi-task
-Ability to work under pressure
-People Management skills
-Problem Solving ability would be an added advantage
