12 months contract for an Administrative Assistant in East Peoria, IL
This position will be responsible for administering multiple segments of the recruiting and hiring process managed by the Americas Regional Learning and Recruiting Team.
The incumbent is responsible for answering the Recruiting Help Desk calls and identifying the course of action that needs to be taken in order to fulfill their request. The incumbent must research and analyze information to provide proper counsel and direction to the customer.
The incumbent is also responsible for entering all job opening requests into PeopleSoft for processing and assisting the manager with preparing monthly metrics.
The successful candidate could also assist with performing functions that may include but are not limited to: scheduling interviews for potential internal and external candidates, running PS 8.9 screenings for various job-openings, data mining People Soft and other job boards (Monster, Career Builder) for potential candidates, assisting management recruiters with job offers, etc.
