1. Junior college degree or above in Architecture, planning and related major.
2. Good aesthetic sense and knowledge; Good at drawing.
3. More than one year working experience.
4. Proficient in using computer graphics tools (Cad, TArch, Sketch up, Indesign, Photoshop…), and other basic office software (Word, PPT, Excel).
5. Excellent communication and cooperation skills with the nature of honest and hardworking.
