Archibat HR Asia is looking for an ARCHITECT DESIGN DIRECTOR for a large developer of datacenter projects in Mainland China.

Responsible for formulating the design concept and positioning of the enterprise data center to ensure that the design meet the needs of the corporate strategy.

Responsible for the overall data center construction planning and design programs to participate in the formulation, communication and design units, to follow up on the design schedule, the management of data center construction planning and design combined with customer demand for architectural planning and design modifications to ensure that project design is reasonable.

Organization and coordination within the enterprise, and design units to complete architectural planning of the construction project design review, assess project problems to suggest improvements to ensure that project planning and design are feasible.

Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor in Architecture or engineering
- At least 10 years working experience, with previous datacenter project experience
- Work experience in USA appreciated
- Fluent in English, Mandarin knowledge is appreciated
- Strong communication skills with good presentation
- Good organizational skills

Bachelor
