GOAL The timely achievement of the stated Turbochargers Project objectives (design, sustainability, production accountability, quality, production, legal requirements etc.) SUMMARY *Responsible for Turbocharger Projects, coordinating a multifunctional and cross-departmental *Project Team. *Main Customer contact for project related issues. *Responsible for keeping the project within its timeline, budget and Customer requirements. *Coordination and implementation of recovery plans for project timing, technical or financial deviations. *Responsible for project related commercial negotiations with the Customer. *Support to the tasks performed in projects in pre-development, acquisition and series life phases. *Chairing the regular ‘APQP’ meetings. | Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | *Advanced English and German or English and French *Qualified to degree or equivalent level in Engineering or Finance or equivalent through experience *Experience in OEM (preferably turbochargers/engines) *Experience in a project management role and able to demonstrate an understanding of quality processes. *Experience in a project environment; *Willingness to travel, also abroad *Proficiency in Microsoft applications. *APQP *Strong presentation skills are also required. |
