 Job Purposes/Objectives: • IT Support will be responsible for monitoring and supporting daily operation of Cambodia office and network. Job Responsibilities/Duties: • Responsible for general office daily In-house IT supporting, system monitoring and ensure network are running smoothly • Update and submit daily and monthly incident report to IT supervisor and Senior IT Officer • Repairing and maintenance of all IT related devices for all departments if needs • Administration of software licenses, hardware inventories and procurement • Backup Administration – maintain and process backup, restoration files from backup devices if necessary • User Application support and update | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | • Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology or equivalent • Minimum 3 - 5 years IT experience • Excellent knowledge & understanding IT network and systems (Windows Platform, Windows Server, LAN/WAN, Security Protection, Backup, VPN etc) • Knowledge & experience in network equipment installation and configuration • Good command of both spoken and written English • Tech savvy is desirable • Immediate available will be advantage Personal Competency: • Having a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills • Can work independently with little supervision • Good customer services skill • Executive presence (i.e. professional attitude and demeanor) • Detail oriented, strong follow-up skills, organized, attentive to details • Possess flexible team player attitude • Ability and willingness to learn • Critical thinking and problem solving skills |
