| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Should have a University Degree and Training Certificates; Master’s Degree is an advantage Should have 5-7 years of industry experience and 3-5 years in similar or related field Experience with various Tender projects, Pre-qualification process and has personal involvement in bidding process Knowledge of project delivery models including Design-Bid- Build Familiar with marketing/bidding for new construction and infrastructure projects ahead in the country Demonstrates excellent negotiation and communication skills Financial management experience with strong business acumen Must have excellent presentation skills, ability to make sensible presentations which trigger more project awards Proficient with MS Office and other technical engineering software Arabic speaker is a prerequisite |
