|Select mystery shoppers for the mission accordingly to the brand criteria in Buenos Aires.|
Conduct Mystery Shopper training (face to face or over the phone training) to ensure the Shoppers fully understand the process & requirements.
Assign Mystery shoppers missions and schedule the visits.
Monitor if the mystery shoppers finish the visit according to his/her assignment and fill up the questionnaire within 24 hours after visiting.
In charge of the first questionnaire proofreading to make sure all information are filled up and the answers match the company’s requirements.
Translation from English into Spanish documents for the mystery shopping mission
Report to ACDL Hong Kong daily regarding the mission status
|Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:||Diploma or above holder in Business Administration / Marketing field |
With 1-2 years working experiences
Excellent command of written & spoken in English and Spanish (French is a definite advantage)
Native or excellent Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Analytical and ability to handle multiple projects
Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work with deadlines
Authorized to work in Argentina
Well organized and independent in providing administrative duties to top management
