Our client is searching for a Poker Operations Manager to work in this leading brand.

Accountabilities:
• Responsible for the development and delivery of the Poker strategy
• Management of all aspects of Poker and P2P e-commerce gaming operations
• Manage the relationship with the Poker provider – including operational uptime and delivery, supplier relationship, monitoring of customer issues and escalation, reporting and invoice management
• Deliver Poker gross profit targets through marketing optimisation, promotional planning, operational changes and cost reduction initiatives
• Manage all live/promotional poker events as required; work closely with partners, 3rd parties and Retail business to identify and deliver event plans
• Develop, prepare, execute and optimize regular attractive and cost-effective customer promotions to maximize player activity
• Daily/weekly/periodic performance reports against all agreed commercial targets
• Work closely with Customer Management and Transactional Services to maximize product offering and meet commercial targets
• Maintain a good understanding of news and developments from the online poker industry and the live poker market; maintain a broad awareness of wider betting and gaming industry best practice
• Monitor, report and act upon competitor activity to retain and grow market share

Salary based on experience
Position Requirements
Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:• At least 3 years experience of managing an online poker operation/business
• International experience in a decision making capacity preferred
• Strong marketing experience across a broad range of channels/media (including live events and sponsorship)
• Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
• Evidence of strong people and project management skills
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and 3rd party service providers
• Strong financial/analysis and cost management skills
