Female Customer Relationship and Quality Control Coordinator needed for a new medical clinic in Khobar, KSA.Job Description: To have a full understanding of all the centers activities, including product functionality and services offered in order to make sure each customer/patient is being treated fairly. Receiving and answering to inquiries and complaints. Assisting in creating a friendly welcoming atmosphere for all patients/customers. Making sure all employees are in their appropriate dress code, doing the jobs they are designated to do. Making sure the center is clean and presentable. Speaks Arabic and English fluently. | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Interpersonal communication skills are expected, while maintaining a pleasant attitude towards the customer/patients is a must for all employees, and members of staff. Being presentable, approachable, and welcoming is also important to maintain an up-beat atmosphere that will not only be enjoyable to customers and patients but also to all employees. The ability to write, speak and comprehend the English language. Arabic language is certainly a plus. Only female candidates to apply! |
