Mission As a Customer Service Representative you are the most important interface between the customer and the company. You insure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately. Main responsibilities • Roadside assistance. • Get the customers mobile as quickly as possible. • Complaints and inquiries. • Support related to technical and product topics. • After-sales service. • Handling of customer contacts.
