|Our client who are a leading online gaming company are looking for a VIP Customer Service Team Leader to manage Sportsbook VIP Team Agents and ensure they deliver a fast, efficient, knowledgeable service to priority line callers.|
You will have
Previous experience in the gaming industry within a Team Leader or similar level role.
Leadership skills, ability to enthuse, develop individuals and maintain high standards
Strong people management skills
Impeccable character, highest levels of integrity and ability to be confident in all social arenas.
Experience of recruitment and selection
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary circa 40k
