* Candidate possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field (Computer or IT-related college degree is an advantage) * Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. * Above average English communication skills * Knowledgeable with basic computer operations and basic troubleshooting * Ability to learn and adapt to different learning environments * Internally motivated with a strong passion for continuous development * Any customer service related experience is desirable. * Be able to do multi-tasking * Agreeable to work on graveyard shift or shifting schedules |
