|• To attend to all customers inquiries and complaints via phone and emails|
• Handle customer collection
• Provide efficient administrative support to team members
• Maintain customer's files and liasion person with Finance Dept.
• Responsible for front desk functions and assist in customer support
• Handle adhoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.
|Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:||• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.|
• Required skill(s): possess positive attitude, willingness to learn and apply skills learnt in the job immediately, resourceful and good team player, Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
