| Collection Representatives are responsible for receiving incoming and making outgoing calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner to our clients' customers. You will be trained on how to negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors based on our clients parameters. A variety of full time work schedules are available. Work shifts involve working afternoon through evening hours, night hours, some schedules include weekend hours. Base hourly pay plus bi-weekly bonus program. Earn average $12-$14/hr; this includes bi-weekly bonus program - successful CSRs earn more! Comprehensive benefits program, paid time off and holidays. | |
