Job Description/Responsibilities:
- handle all daily activities (administrative & functional) at the Center
- ensure all reports are completed as per schedule
- manage centre productivity
- manage Centre Security (Physical & Data)
- maintain SLA ‘s for all processes
- provide assistance to staff when needed or to handle applicant/customer escalations
- implement all new process rollouts or changes
- Train staff on product & process

Position Requirements
Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:-Graduate or Global Equivalent degree
-1 to 3 years of work experience in Customer Service Industry
-Experience in handling a team of people and process
-Customer Orientation
-Communications Skill (Verbal & Non - verbal)
-Should be flexible and able to do multi-task
-Ability to work under pressure
-People Management skills
-Result orientation
-Problem Solving  ability would be an added advantage
Education Level Required:High School
Experience Required to qualify for consideration:1 to 2 Years
