| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | -Graduate or Global Equivalent degree -1 to 3 years of work experience in Customer Service Industry -Experience in handling a team of people and process -Customer Orientation -Communications Skill (Verbal & Non - verbal) -Should be flexible and able to do multi-task -Ability to work under pressure -People Management skills -Result orientation -Problem Solving ability would be an added advantage |
