Our client is searching for a VIP Team Leader to manage the shift, tasks and report generation as per team targets whilst providing mentoring, support and communication updates to the VIP team. You will be responsible for the following: Develop and support the VIP Team to ensure delivery of high quality VIP Service at all times. Coach & develop agents in a team and 1-2-1 environment Provide tools & guideline to the team- scripts, conversation skills Plan & execute training to the team members Conduct Feedback sessions & Role plays Deal with escalated issues/queries of VIP agents, service, software issues and promotions Leading by example, showing dedication and high resolution dealing with VIP members Liaising with and using Retention marketing materials Look into other competitors sites & learn about their policies & strategy Monitor available leads (list/ report/client) and the workload Monitor resolution & response time to players' enquiries Keep agents aware of outbound calls, waiting queries (in the future), Keep track & record attendance, daily statistics, paid time off, sick time, etc Conduct monthly meeting with management to present team achievements and coming aims/goals Complete the daily shift report/ weekly/monthly report Ad hoc reporting to management on individual staff performance and attitude Essential and desirable requirements Ideally you will have been in a VIP lead role previously with experience in managing teams but senior VIP agents with a mature attitude will be considered. Excellent interpersonal skills, self-confidence and ability to manage and motivate the team Analytical and reporting skills using word excel and power point Fluency in another European language is beneficial; An open, honest, enthusiastic and resilient approach; Accountability for achieving goals and delivering a quality sale approach to the customer; Ability to communicate and share abilities with others. | |
