| We are looking for good candidates with customer service experience for our expansion. -Train, coach and manage all cashiers in all front-end policies and procedures, including cross training of executives -Conduct customer service audits -Supervise and schedule Junior / Senior Customer Service Officers (CSOs) and ensure compliance with budgets -Expedite front lines, direct flow of customers, and ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service -Solve problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity of the front line | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | -Diploma / Degree or equivalent -Min. 4 or more years of customer service supervisory experience -Have a passion for customer service and ability to maintain good customer relationship -Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills -Possess excellent leadership qualities with strong interpersonal and communication skills -Ability to work under pressure -PC literate -Read, write & handle Eng/Chinese speaking clients. -Willing to work weekends -Malaysians, Singaporeans, PR need apply |
