This firm specializes in the interior and exterior design of theme holiday hotels as platinum five-star, SPA resorts and international boutique hotels, presidential clubs, serviced apartments, cultural theme restaurants etc. It has collaborated with numerous international brand commercial hotels, leading developpers etc. Job Description/Responsibilities: • Responsible for the management of developing, organizing, executing design concepts and coordinating project team/team assignments to complete design of projects in line with client goals, project scope, and budget. • Utilizes creativity, foresight and mature judgment to lead and manage the design effort and ensures overall design quality of Interiors projects. | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | The successful candidate should have the following qualification/s: - The candidate must have hotel/residential design experience and understanding of varied design styles. - The candidate must posses excellent concept design ability, good knowledge of architecture structure - Must have strong presentation, coordination, management skills -Great hand sketch skills and construction drawings experience - The candidate must have minimum 5 years of Working experience, Work knowledge of China market is a plus -Working experience in leading international hospitality design firms for 5 star hotels projects is preferred -Fluency in English, Mandarin would be a plus. |
