 Archibat HR Asia is looking for a SENIOR URBAN PLANNER for one of the world’s leading Master Planning, Architectural and Interior Design practices to join its international, dynamic and creative team to work on high quality projects across Asia. • Provides leadership in project design and production under the supervision and direction of Design Director • Collaborates with Project Manager to address client budgets and needs • Interfaces with client, consultant and our collaborating offices on technical communication. Be able to represent our client on project design related meetings, workshops and presentations • Acts as mentor for junior staff and team members • Provides support to marketing team on new prospects when required | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | • Bachelor’s degree or above in Urban Planning • Successful completion of Registration or Licensing Exams or the foreign equivalent highly preferred • More than 8 years relevant work experience • A thorough and well developed understanding of national and local planning regulations in various cities, experience in comprehensive plan, strategic plan, master plan, regulatory plan etc • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Sketchup –candidates should be prepared to be tested in these skills • Outstanding free-hand drawing skills essential • Good communication skills.
