Subjects of interest : Computer Networks, Data Structures, Operating Systems WORK EXPERIENCE: Worked with JP MORGAN CHASE through Magna InfoTech (From May2010 –SEP2011) Roles & responsibilities: • First point of contact for all technology related support incidents, as well as regional hub for global escalations for JP Morgan corporate resources and applications. • Ensure effective and efficient on-call operations support for migrating businesses, data communications migrations and upgrades. • Investigate and resolve 70% of first-level inquiries while maintaining the pre-defined ACD statistics and strictly maintain defined SLA’s. • Working on service center tickets as per priority and severity model and meeting the SLA lay down for resolution time. • Handling Priority 1 issues specific to the Lines of Business or locations by contacting the Production Assurance Team to enable a quicker resolution. • Troubleshooting of various client applications like CITRIX 1st level Troubleshooting, Mainframe AS400, PCOMM, Telnet, VPN and other applications used at JP Morgan. • Maintaining users account by Active Directory service specific to domain. • Identifying users’ access using the internal console and providing the necessary access to the applications and servers as required. • Provide L1 support on Lotus Notes such as Replication, database access, internal settings in lotus notes, etc. • Provide L1 support on outlook and exchange servers. • Supporting desktop computers, monitors, printers, and other hardware peripherals. • Provide L1 support desktop computer softwares including business critical productivity tools. • Provide L1 support on (VPN,Remote connect, Web connect) • Provide application support on Mainframe, Midrange & UNIX platforms. • Providing solutions and giving feedback to the service improvement team for updation on the known error database (Knowledge Base). • Checking the status of an incident and perform functional and hierarchical escalation based on the priority and severity of the issue. • Acting as a bridge of contact with the application teams and enterprise change management systems with referendum to the scheduled changes in system. • LAN administration on novel and active directory networks and last point of contact for all blackberry related issues which includes Blackberry Server Administration. Working with IP soft India Pvt (From Sep 2011 -till date) Currently working as GTS analyst with Global technology infrastructure which is designed to support the overall L2 IT needs of the firm. • Supporting desktop computers, monitors, printers, and other hardware peripherals. • Work On Active Directory, (Add users to the group) • Create Using Account in Active Directory,Create Organisation Unit • Add users to Blackberry Server(BES), Activate the Blackberry Device. • Map printers and drivers and Map Shared drivers • Providing solutions and giving feedback to the service improvement team for updation on the known error database (Knowledge Base). • Provide support on Outlook and do Basic Troublechotting steps(recreating ost and profile) • Provide support for the user to connect remotely from home and wireless connection • Provide support On lotus Notes • Create Incident tickets and escalate to L3 team • Coordinating with SQL Server 2008. • Coordinating with Microsoft Windows Server Platform installation, configurations and administration. • Coordinating with network and Microsoft Infrastructure. • Coordinating in public website content management.
