| My principal reason for seeking a job outside of Tunisia is that I believe that it will provide me with the opportunity to improve my qualities and capabilities as a worker. I wish to become an exceptional one and I believe that going abroad, I will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of diverse backgrounds, learn new languages and in essence, this will help me to realise my potential. My motivation is to be the best that I can be. My flexibility in terms of subjects is good as I qualified . My interests are languages, travel and reading. The teaching strategies which I use in the classroom for effective teaching are visual aids, putting important information on the board, repeating questions, staying primarily at the top of the class while continually observing, moving towards a distracting student and changing seating arrangements if or when necessary. The learning strategies I implement are brain storming, written chapter summary, small group work / presentations, written class work, topic discussions and other relevant strategies. My lesson preparation and presentation is meticulous as I create almost all of my own resources. This includes word searches, work sheets quizzes, posters and many other resources. In this regard, I am very much a self - starter. I believe that it is a prerequisite to be sensitive to students needs while taking into account that each student is an individual, learns in a different way and at a different rate to other students in the class. I constantly check for understanding while scanning the class and students work for understanding or any confusion. I like to involve students as much as possible in their lessons and this includes giving some individual students tasks to do or writing answers on the board. Evaluation and assessment are undertaken through verbal questioning, written class and homework exercises . I will praise effort and never try to be negative in feedback, encouragement is the best policy. I stated in every discussion that every students opinion was important. This effected great discussions and debate with each topic. I would encourage the weaker students participation and talked directly to them while addressing the class. I inform students that I will do what I can in every possible way to help their understanding, but they also have to put in the effort to achieve greater rewards. I do not allow any misbehaviour in my classes and under no circumstances do I . If a student repeatedly misbehaves, I make a note of it and give a reminder that continued misbehaviour will result in contact with a students parents or a meeting with the year head or principal. Encouragement and praise are key in my classes and I will always encourage students with their answers and prompt when necessary. I remind the class that everyone listens when one of their peers talks and if they want to be respected, they have to give respect. Finaly,I want to say that from all my experiences, I learned discipline, discretion, autonomy and organizational skills. I also mastered the computer and my spelling is impeccable. With excellent interpersonal skills and a spirit of initiative, I particularly appreciate team work. I just concentrated on teaching because I had my degree on language and English literature and graduated as an English teacher . But i take care of any job I take and i carry out all the tasks entrusted to me | |

| Before getting my degree in English, I worked for a year as secretary in a construction company and public work in 2007 . I have also served in a kindergarten in 2009 for almost year too . I have experience also in a call center ,and add to some other different jobs . After getting my degree in language and English literature I tried also different jobs Including experience in other kindergarten and private school, I would continue my professional experience , so allow me to submit my candidacy. From my experiences, I learned discipline, discretion, autonomy and organizational skills. I also mastered the computer and my spelling is impeccable.
