| Objective To gain the position of a general dental practitioner wherein my skills and expertise can contribute positively in providing effective patient service in a prestigious health care organization. I believe this to be a vital trait in any career, especially dentistry. ‘A patient and caring dentist with an eye for detail and flare for making people feel comfortable’. One of many views held by my patients and colleagues. Development of these skills, in the past 5 years, has honed my ability to effectively plan, manage and present choices to all my patients. As a good communicator I am able to positively influence and motivate colleagues and patients alike, resulting in positive outcomes for all. I have found dentistry motivates a desire to learn and therefore inspires growth of the profession and the individual. It stimulates the need to gain knowledge and skills, to provide greater options to patients and improve my own skills base. To date my desire and motivation have been geared to furthering my knowledge of implantology, periodontology, orthodontics and restorative dentistry. | Career History Oct 1996 - present Sensura Dental Practice, Windsor, Berkshire Associate Dentist • Providing oral care services for mainly private patients and Nhs patients. •Working with software excellence, digital radiography, intraoral camera and many other electronic devices, assisting in diagnosis and treatments which have pioneered the development of our profession in the digital age. •Shadowing an implantologist and restoring implants has been important for the development of my skills in this speciality. •Wide range of private treatment in all disciplines. •Confident in the use of cerac CAD/CAM systems and training in Serona. •Training and teaching staff and colleagues.
