JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Adhere to review patient information to determine why claims weren't paid to responsible TPA through client database, and research/follow-up denied claims,over turning denials by utilising the concept of denial management & to document all work and calls performed.

 Monitoring the receivables to ensure that it is well within control & should keep in mind that the main objective of a Medical Billing Company is to maximize collections & being watchful for any major rejections or denials from Carriers.

 Ensure the AR days meet Industry Standards as it is the backbone of Medical billing.

 Bottom of Responsible for making outbound calls and sending letters to patients/third-party companies to collect on delinquent medical accounts.Constantly keep track of both electronic and paper claims.
