WORK EXPERIENCE:

Payroll Accountant

• Arrange the payment of staff salaries through the computerised payroll system  ( WPS )
• Maintain records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements.
• Prepare and verify statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions.
• Prepare employee Leave Salary or Final Settlements by cheque or bank transfer.
• Provide information to employees on payroll and leave salary matters.
• Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts


Accounts Receivable Accountant

• Follow up, collection and allocation of payments.
• Carry out invoicing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
• Reconciliation of accounts.
• Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files.
• Resolve Client queries and organizing a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.


Other Related Accounting Works:

• Prepares the monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Monitors the Store inventory and update the Job Costing for each existing projects.
• Encode Supplier invoices and monitors the Purchase Ledger.
• Prepares and encode the Bank Payment Vouchers.

• Quickbooks Accounting System knowledgeable
