These are direct placements only.The day-to-day business operations at ACCUStaff Solutions is managed by the Executive Vice President, Angelina Soria, who has over 10 years of experience in placing fresh graduates to company CEO and everyone n the middle. She began her career at the San Jose Medical Center as a Senior Medical Staff Coordinator/Liaison Officer between physicians, the nursing personnel and the administration team. At her next job as CEO of SearchTech Medical Inc, she managed a high volume "Full Circle" recruitment process for Northern California. Apart from educating managers on best practices, hiring process and their responsibility in hiring successfully, she also developed projects for workforce development & retention strategies and tactical staffing. She also implemented quality process and tracking and monitoring, and independently managed all HR functions, including payroll and employee benefit issues. In her spare time, Angelina does charity work for and sponsors the Kitty Cancer Fund. |
