Secondly, we act as a delegate for employees looking for new opportunities. We meet with employees and listen to what they require in a new position. Afterwards, we uncover positions that meet their designated parameters. Similar to a talent agent, we find out what is important to each candidate (location, wages, advancement opportunities, benefits, etc.) and identify positions for them with the right employers. |
