Beachhead Solutions is a software security company located in San Jose, California. Founded in 2003, the company's charter application is a cloud-based console which manages devices which check in with a hosted server. Support is provided for laptop PCs, desktop PCs, Macs, USB flash drives, and iOS devices. In most cases, the devices run client-based software which initiates check-ins with the server and processes commands it receives. Encryption is used to protect most of the devices.Recently, Beachhead Solutions has decided to enter the app space for mobile devices and will be releasing their first iPhone app in June, 2012. Several more apps are planned for the coming year and many will be categorized as security-based. Beachhead Solutions is a small company, but that allows us to adjust quickly to market trends.
