 aalpha-training is a language training institute based near Frankfurt offering tailor-made language training to corporate clients. We also prepare students for the LCCI certification in many different professions. Engineering, Medicine Accounting etc.. We are actively looking for freelance trainers in Frankfurt and Mannheim, for the near future we are also looking for trainers in other major cities in Germany. The training will start 2012 at our customer's offices throughout Germany. If you are not a resident of Germany aalpha-training is also looking for trainers that can offer training online to clients here in Germany. For this position you will need a DSL connection, a headsetwith microphone and software to connect with the client (information on request). Your experience in online training must be extensive and your ability to train in a virtual classroom must be of the highest quality. In this case a library of material that can be used online must be of a professional standard and be presented in a professional manner. For the position/s being offered a personal interview will be arranged after receipt of your CV and due consideration has been taken by the staff of the HR our Director of Studies and myself. | Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | (1) You must have at least three (3 - 4) years experience in training adults, (2) You are a native speaker, none native speakers may apply if the level of English is C1 (3) You know how to motivate groups and to adjust flexibly to their needs, and you dress professionally. (4) Your qualifications should be at minimum: TEFL certified, BA or MBA. (5) Should be resident in Germany |
