| This TEFL teaching position is for high schools, arts and science colleges and Engineering colleges in and around TUTICORIN, Tamilnadu, India, also the teachers will be engaged in our Spoken English center in TUTICORIN. The teachers will be provided three times home cooked food with packaged drinking water, neat accommodation with Western type bath rooms. Broadband internet browsing facility and phone facilities are available on payment basis. Transportation will be arranged by us between work spot and accommodation provided by us. The working hours will be 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon with one hour lunch break. The working days are from Monday to Friday only and during weekends, the teachers can go to many hill stations and beaches. The main aim of posting TEFL teachers is to develop the communication skills of the students in ENGLISH. The selection is through e.mail only after getting application also through e.mail from the teachers. Salary/Honararium is negotiable. Kindly note that this is a volunteer teaching and hence you can not expect high pay and facilities like other institutions. Airfare, insurance and medical expenses will be met by the teachers. We have been engaging volunteers from abroad for the past five years and the volunteers really enjoyed their volunteering here. The volunteers have to apply for any one of the following visas. 1. ENTRY VISA 2. WORK VISA 3. BUSINESS VISA The minimum requirement of stay is 2 months and they can stay up to 5 months, since the visa allows upto 180 days to reside in India. There is no deadline to apply for this position and it is ongoing. Our volunteers are arriving in CHENNAI or MUMBAI and from there to TUTICORIN, a local airport.
