We find it necessary that the future teachers :

Are ready to invent and implement new ways and methods of teaching
Are prepared to overcome the difficulties it takes to go new ways
Get to know the world and understand the many different people living in it – not only with the brain, but also with the heart – through personal experiences from being together with villagers in Africa, homeless in Norway, kids with special needs in Denmark, young teacher trainees in Africa or India who are struggling to improve the education systems in the rural areas
Know how to teach the subjects lively and make the children to the main persons in their own learning process
Have the will and desire to care for the children socially

Have a great interest in the situation of our world today and the will to be an active part of changing things which go wrong and developing better solutions
