| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | • University degree in Physics(E) • Holding a recognised teaching qualification (D) • Experience in teaching relevant A Level subject (D) **Ideally 3 years stable teaching experience Personal qualities • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing (E) • Enjoying working with young adults (E) • Committed to the teaching profession (E) • Motivation to work with teenagers/young adults; • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with students (E) • Maintain school discipline and possess emotional resilience in working with challenging personalities and attitudes (E) • Good Team Player (E) • Appreciating cultural diversity (E) • A high level of personal integrity (E) |
