Archibat HR Asia is looking for an M&E ENGINEER for an INTERIOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION FIRM headquartered in Beijing dealing with many Fortune 500 companies. With branches in Shanghai and Guangzhou, they focus on corporate office design and retail with numerous high end projects in whole China.

Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor level university degree in Engineering or Applied Science with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in corporate office fit-out projects
- Knowledge of procurement for Construction and Engineering services
- Technical knowledge related to mechanical and electrical design, construction and consultant management
- Ability and experience in coordinating mechanical and electrical work in an operational facility
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in common computer applications
- Attention to details
