Project Estimator
About the Job
Prepare job estimate by providing material quantity and labor to be used in each project.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide projects’ material quantity and labor estimate.
- Canvass the market availability of needed materials.
- Suggest alternative material to reduce cost.
- Assist/support the sales team by discussing the specification and other project related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouseman for material stocks update.
- Prepare and submit weekly report.

Additional Responsibilities
- Help in production activities, purchase materials and other related tasks that maybe assigned later.

Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:

- Male/Female
- 22-35 year old
- Graduate of BS Architecture, Engineering or related course.
- 1- 2 yrs experience preferably in engineering, architectural and advertising firm.
- Ability to develop and implement estimating procedures and policies
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Ability to read and understand plan and layout.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Ability to follow oral and verbal instructions.
- Can work under minimum supervision.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Honest & friendly.
- Preferably resides in a nearby area such as Taytay, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Q.C., Cainta or Taguig.
