 We are looking for Freelance Finance Professionals to join our International team of Contractors. The role involves re-underwriting loans to a prescribed method; this includes reviewing loan files for completeness, accuracy and adherence to client/lender policies and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing loan files for completeness, accuracy and adherence to client/lender policies and procedures. In addition candidates must be computer literate and numerate and able to demonstrate analytical thinking. The ability to work as part of a team is a key factor as is the capacity to work with little supervision. Please note this is a self-employed position, all assignments are short term projects and regular work cannot be guaranteed. | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | 5+ years in the residential mortgage/financial services industry Experienced in holding/operating an underwriting mandate Team player, who is supportive, reliable, responsible and adaptable Ability to produce high-volume, high-quality output Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task Attention to detail, with the ability to plan ahead and meet targets Good keyboard skills |
