 Asia Marketing Service (AMS) have been appointed by a leading Asian Hedge Fund to assist with its growth into Europe and Russia and now considering the Middle East. We are currently seeking an Introducer, Country Manager IFA who will recruit and supervise Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) in their country or region. Independent Financial Advisors or teams are also welcome to apply. It will be the Introducers job to find, recruit, meet and train financial sales intermediaries, including Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). Your goal is to find and train IFAs who have their own book of existing clients. Our primary target markets for this venture include Eastern Europe, Russia, and the Middle East. Other markets will be considered, but only after we perform our own due diligence with regards to regulatory issues. In return the successful Country Manager and his IFAs will receive industry competitive commissions. Each advisor will receive full training and support for planning, administration, and compliance support. We expect to gain from your knowledge, resources and connections. | Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | The Ideal candidate for the Introducer or Country Manager position should have: - Long-term ties to there respective communities - Be able to network in a financial arena - Establish long-term relationship with the client and promoting the excellent name of the financial institution. - Team-player - Manage support and supervise their IFA - Handle record keeping, invoices and administrative support - Have a winning attitude - Ready to travel on a regular basis - Develop and maintain strong cultural and market awareness - Both individual and team applications will be considered The IFAs,or those who will be recruited by the Introducer or Country Manager should have: - Extensive experience in providing industry leading independent financial advice to fund clients. - A local network of clients and connections within your territory - Entrepreneurial attitude with experience in solution based financial services advice to high net worth clients. - Full Financial Planning Certificate or equivalent - Clients who will be eager to move into a new Asian opportunity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in writing in high volumes |
