 We are currently seeking a Client Project Manager to join our team in Buenos Aires.Job Summary: The person in this position is responsible for the coordination and project management in the implementation of Bally products for customer sites. Account Management responsibilities for the day to day communication with the customers regarding installation, training and issue resolution Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Guides and manages all aspects of the systems project to ensure scope is delivered on schedule and within services budget, managing and controlling change throughout the lifecycle. • Develops detailed schedules of assigned projects for New Product Introduction • Coordinates with other impacted groups/stakeholders as needed for the project • Organizes interdepartmental activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and successfully executed • Evaluates and secures required resources to match project needs • Motivates project team • Conducts status meetings with both internal and external customer teams. • Tracks, monitors, and reports project progress and health on a regular basis to the Executive Management Team through their direct supervisor • Ensures product quality metrics are gathered; analyzes data and implements corrective actions as required to improve quality • Maintains and updates project plan throughout life cycle of project. | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Training and/or Experience: • Three to five years of project management experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required in Project, Excel and Word • Knowledge of other project management applications a plus • Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to obtain gaming licenses in various jurisdictions • Driver’s license required Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience • PMI PMP credential a plus |
