| Quality Assurance Engineer - Software Responsibilities o Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments o Create or maintain databases of known test defects; design test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures o Design or develop automated testing tools; develop or specify standards, methods or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness o Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability o Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | o Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Mathematics or in the Physical Sciences o Years of Relevant experience: 3-5 o Experience with Load Runner QTP o Strong familiarity with web site software architecture and testing best practices o Experience testing large web applications o Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent code releases o Ability to clearly report problems and provide risk assessments to development team o Ability to develop and publish software quality assurance guidelines, including workflow requirements for software development o Ability to manage the workflow of all testing and quality assurance activities o Be able to interact daily with business, technical and project management teams. o A flexible and adaptive personality o Be highly motivated and always looking for opportunities to make things better o Great interpersonal skills o Comfortable in a fun, laid-back environment o Software Usability/QA Engineer A competitive remuneration and a good career path with international exposure awaits the right candidate.
