Our client is searching for a Casino Retention / CRM to join the casino team, focusing on player retention.

Ideal candidate needs:

· At least two years experience in online casino environment
· Experience and understanding of player retention / CRM strategies and techniques
· Understanding of casino player behaviours
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to cope and deliver under pressure, great attention to detail
· Analytical skills – ability to interpret and manipulate data
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and (preferably) another European language

Salary 25k - 35k dependant on experience
