As a Creative Director, you should have Leadership Qualities.

You should be able to build a clientele, reliable and consistent thereby becoming an asset to the salon.

You should be a professional in the industry.

You should be proficient in promoting all aspects of all salon services, especially technical services.

You should be proficient in all aspects of hairstyling, and in client care and communication, taking on a more responsible role in the salon.

You must be capable of training and using an assistant to the best of their capabilities. Be responsible to both train develop assistants and younger less experienced stylists. You should be teaching on model nights or assistant training days.

Required Language Skills:

English - Very good
